Biblio-blogs

I've got three librarian blogs that I'm keeping track of. They really vary quite a bit in their topics and levels of devotion to librarianship. The Rabid Librarian appeared in the first several posts that I read, like it was devoted to YouTube posts. I eventually found that the blogger is a medical librarian, which may prove useful as I continue to follow this blog and delve deeper into the archives. I also have been perusing Libraryman, of interest as it is one of a scarce few blogs by male librarians, a perspective of obvious interest to me. He is a frequent user of various social networking sites, and shares his opinions about them. Finally, I have been checking out the Free Range Librarian. Her recent posts involve the changes to the postal code, which could price out smaller publications, while cutting the cost of postage for the large volume periodical companies. Ironic as the whole point of the postal system was to guarantee cost effective distribution for minority opinions....
